This plan recognises the hard truth that the conflict in Ukraine completely upended the way of war. In response, today we’re committing the UK’s biggest ever investment in drone warfare; more money for a hybrid Royal Navy, more money to increase the British Army’s lethality, and more money for the next generation Royal Air Force.
The central purpose of this plan is to get the kit and technology that our armed forces need, so they can fight and deter now and in the years ahead.
