Russian human rights ombudswoman Yana Lantratova stated that Russia is not holding Ukrainian civilians captive and that those wishing to return home may do so freely via Russian territory.
Lantratova, speaking to TASS, emphasized that any Ukrainian citizens who desire to go home can leave through Russia without obstruction. She added that there are no Ukrainian civilians being detained by Russian authorities.
